Terms of Use

1. Platform Access

MOZAIC Core is an invite-only platform. Submitting a demo access request does not guarantee access. We review each request personally and invite organisations that are a suitable fit for the platform. We reserve the right to decline any request without providing a reason.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information in an access request
• Attempt to access another organisation's data
• Use the platform to process data for purposes other than those disclosed
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform
• Use the platform in violation of applicable law

3. AI-Generated Content

MOZAIC Core includes AI tools that generate social media captions, follow-up messages, and other content. All AI-generated content requires human review and approval before publication. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of any content published through the platform.

4. Data Responsibility

Organisations using MOZAIC Core are the data controllers for their own client data. MK TechLAB acts as a data processor. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with GDPR and any other applicable data protection regulations in your jurisdiction.

5. Service Availability

MOZAIC Core is provided on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance where possible. We are not liable for any loss arising from temporary unavailability of the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MK TechLAB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of MOZAIC Core or inability to use it.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
