Terms of Use — MOZAIC Core

1. Platform Access

MOZAIC Core is available to professional services firms via a 14-day free trial. By starting a trial, you confirm that you are authorised to enter into a subscription on behalf of your organisation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Submit false or misleading information
Attempt to access another organisation's data
Use the platform to process data for purposes other than those disclosed
Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform
Use the platform in violation of applicable law

3. Free Trial

New organisations receive a 14-day free trial with full platform access. A valid payment method is required at the start of the trial. Your subscription begins automatically at the plan rate selected at signup if you do not cancel before the trial ends. No charge is made during the trial period.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal.

Annual subscriptions are charged as a single upfront payment equivalent to 10 months at the selected monthly rate (a saving of approximately 17%). The full annual amount is charged at the end of the 14-day free trial. Annual pricing applies for 12 months from the charge date.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Trial

You may cancel at any time during the 14-day free trial at no charge. Cancellation must be completed before the trial period ends to avoid being charged.

Monthly

Monthly subscribers may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the current month.

Annual

Annual subscribers may cancel at any time to prevent automatic renewal at the end of the 12-month period. No refund is provided after the first 30 days of the paid annual period. Following cancellation, access to the platform continues until the end of the paid annual period.

6. AI-Generated Content

MOZAIC Core includes AI tools that generate social media captions, follow-up messages, and other content. All AI-generated content requires human review and approval before publication. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of any content published through the platform.

7. Data Responsibility

Organisations using MOZAIC Core are the data controllers for their own client data. MOZAIC FRANQUICIAS Y FORMACION SL acts as a data processor. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with GDPR and any other applicable data protection regulations in your jurisdiction.

8. Service Availability

MOZAIC Core is provided on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance where possible. We are not liable for any loss arising from temporary unavailability of the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOZAIC FRANQUICIAS Y FORMACION SL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of MOZAIC Core or inability to use it.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
